Design your way

Lee Yong Kyu is a rising vector illustrator from Seoul, Republic of Korea. With more than a dozen pieces that have been painstakingly detailed to perfection, each individual line in Lee Yong Kyu‘s work is flawless.

There are subtle references to pop culture in many of the pieces, such as Apple’s trademark bitten apple and the Converse star on a shoe. These vector illustrations are breathtaking, and give the viewer insight into the artist’s mind.

While people may see a great deal of subject matter creating chaos in the art, they may forget that that is the art’s purpose. The beauty of simplistic things in life has been captured in these pieces, down to the miniscule details. Each line has been carefully placed. The color contrast between black and white and having only select pieces colored makes for a magnificent art collection.
