Retro illustrations bring back to modern times a style that was present in magazines, newspapers, books and TV a few generations ago, the vintage style which we didn’t get to see as a contemporary one. Instead we are seeing the retro style which be could consider to be the vintage one brought back to life and adapted to the modern digital techniques.
Although the vintage designs are the veritable ones and the origin of the retro movement, I have to admit that I am more fond to the latter because of those modern digital techniques that I previously mentioned. With the help of modern programs creating such an illustration and making a rather complicated design is easier.
